What We're Looking For The Loan Processing Department (LPG) has a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong multi-tasking abilities to fill a newly created position. As a Loan Processing Assistant , you will support the Loan Processing team by handling all closing and post-closing processes and performing due diligence to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. The ideal Candidate must possess a basic knowledge of Excel and experience running teller transactions through Bankway and Navigating Image Centre. This position will have limited remote work options. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES : Obtain and review signed closing documents for completion and accuracy Obtain loan officer signature on loan documentation through electronic signature portal Upload insurance policies and send escrow documentation to the appropriate departments Data entry of General Ledger Credit and Debit tickets Produce certified checks for invoice payments or loan payoffs per the loan closing Assemble signed closed package using a checklist guide and turn in for indexing Update the loan processor tracking log and incomplete report in excel based on the loan status Obtain needed missing documents from the loan file, scan and image them into Image Centre software Prepare and image any declined or withdrawn files per the checklist/guideline Weekly flagging of loans that do not meet FHLB requirements Process certificate of satisfaction documents that are mailed in. Review for accuracy, mailing to the clerk's office, scanning, and imaging into Image Centre Various filing duties and file review responsibilities Serves as a backup for ordering Verification of employments and payoffs Other duties as may be assigned EE0/M/F/Vet/Disabled Job Posted by ApplicantPro
