What We're Looking For In this relationship-building customer-facing role, you will be meeting with new and existing customers to market and offer the Bank's full suite of Treasury services in our NC market. Using consultative skills, you will identify the best mix of products to meet their growing needs and work with the Treasury Services Department to onboard customers and ensure a smooth implementation of their Treasury Services (Positive Pay, BeB, ACH, Wire, Mobile Deposit, Remote Capture, Online Banking). The position will be located in North Carolina. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and possess exceptional written skills. Strong Relationship-building skills and knowledge of the bank's deposit products are critical in this role. Minimum of two years of Treasury Services experience. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES : Meets in person or via telephone with customers/prospects to advise them of the features and benefits of the bank's Treasury solutions to include utilization of the online eBanking for Business (BeB) platform. Prepares proposals for customers/prospects Identifies, promotes and cross-services Treasury opportunities with Business Banking team and branch partners Trains branch staff to identify and refer Treasury opportunities Prepares and submits Treasury Services implementation requests Works with Treasury Services Specialists to onboard new customers for ACH, Wire, RDC, Positive Pay and Business Mobile Deposit. Tracks all communications in Connections and maintains pipeline of prospects Performs other duties as may be assigned Having dialogue with existing or prospective customers to identify deposit products and services that may be needed now or in the future and soliciting for the needs that were An extension of this process would be to generate referrals to the Financial Consultant should the opportunity be presented. Calling efforts should focus on the bank's full menu of deposit products and services, including remote capture, ACH services, and merchant card services. Taking personal ownership of any customer problems to see they get resolved in a timely manner Being involved and visible in the community through participation in civic organizations and other worthy projects Understanding the goals and objectives of the bank and assisting our branch teams in accomplishing these goals Providing other customer service as may be required Other duties as may be assigned Benchmark offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
