Providing clinical oversight for all cases, including biweekly individual supervision and alternating group supervision. Assigning caseloads to staff members. Reviewing staff documentation, such as daily notes, progress updates/monthly reports, treatment plans, and completing assessments, as needed. Collaborating on administrative duties as required by the Program Director. Maintaining a small caseload to achieve additional compensation. Am I a Good Fit? Flexibility in your schedule is crucial to provide coverage for evening clients in the office. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals. Ability to provide remote supervision. Qualifications: Licensed within the state of Virginia (preferred). License-eligible staff (Resident in Counseling/Supervisee in Social Work) considered, with board approval required by the hire date. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families. Supervision experience is preferred. Compensation: Salary range of $60,000-$65,000.
