If so, Premier Children's Center is the right place for you. We are looking for someone to facilitate our after school program for children between the ages of 6-year-olds to 12-year-olds Monday through Friday. The supervisor will plan and provide engaging activities, homework support, and social coaching for our afterschool program and for any days the children are out of school.Starting at $16.00 an hour and increased to $17.00 after 90 Days Duties Applicant's duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Building responsive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and co-workers Supervising children Providing a safe, healthy, engaging learning environment to support the whole child Planning developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences Exceeding the Department of Health's Child Care Licensing rules and regulations Meeting quality early learning standards Positively guiding children's behaviors Effectively communicating with children, families, and co-workers Documenting required duties and responsibilities Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: A commitment to children and families Desire to make changes to improve the quality of the current program Continual quest for self-improvement Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card A negative TB test within the last 12 months A high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 40 pounds and to play on floor with children 6 months experience in a licensed child care center. Nice To Haves Ability to drive the van that transports children to-from school.
