SUMMARY: Our client seeks a collaborative, data-driven, and market-focused Director of Marketing with a proven track record of success in B2B and B2C channels. In close partnership with sales, account management, customer support, and e-commerce teams, you and your team will support the buyer journey at every step with messaging, programs, and content that measurably impact revenue growth. An inspirational executive who leads by example, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes lead generation, customer and client engagement, and frictionless omnichannel GTM product launches. RESPONSIBILITIES Create a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, and innovation.Develop and retain diverse talent that makes a strong, positive impact on the organization. Continuously improve team and job structure and ensure clear leadership accountabilities are in place. Identify talent of direct reports and assist with their growth and development plans.Facilitate regular, ongoing communication with cross-functional teams.Balance between short-term lead-focused, long-term brand awareness, and customer retention programs.Oversee all acquisition and retention programs and proactively make ongoing adjustments for efficiency and changing market conditions.Drive demand generation with data-driven insights, content, and value-based messaging within campaigns utilizing an omnichannel approach.Extend our clients brand reputation as an industry leader with topics and content that drive demand, revenue, and industry conversations. REQUIREMENTS Experience creating data-driven and creatively inspiring integrated marketing strategyProactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsOutstanding critical thinking skills and thought leadershipStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsEnsure GTM strategy and brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints are consistent.Develop detailed SOPs for the departments, helping to streamline creative and content services.Use analysis and metrics to drive member acquisition and growth. PREFERRED SKILLS Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.5 years of omnichannel marketing experience, financial services or banking preferred3-5 years of management experience.
