Benefits We Offer Total Compensation - $90k - $107k with bonuses included based on experience Flexible work-from-home days Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and unlimited virtual medical and mental wellness appointments) Generous Paid Time Off: 27 days off in Year 1: 3 personal days, 9 holidays and 15 vacation days CEU days Paid Maternity Leave 401K Matching up to 4% $10,000 Tuition Reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus, up to $1000 per new employee Additional Benefits Fully staffed Operations & HR Support Teams in the building to support day-to-day operations A dedicated insurance management team is in place to remove unnecessary billing administrative work Very little RBT turnover Amazing Culture - Top Workplace 2024 Best facilities in Richmond - Walking Trails, Nature, and Ponds What You’ll Be Doing Ensures that evidence-based clinical practices are being implemented for all services provided in-home and center-based and is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of services by conducting monthly internal case audits Ensures that supervisors and therapists are compliant with clinical protocols and procedures Directly oversees a team of Clinical Supervisors in case supervision of ABA programming and provides training, support, and mentorship to supervisors Reviews and provides feedback on program design and modifications Ensures the team’s insurance reauthorizations are up to date and submitted on time Provides monthly check-ins with all assigned Clinical Supervisors Works with the Clinical Team to ensure re-assessments are current and done on time Ensures that the clinical team’s billing audits are accurate and completed on time Facilitates quarterly supervisor roundtables Ensures clinical team hits quarterly production targets Oversee client scheduling & pairing Responsible for ensuring the clinical team maintains positive, professional, and cohesive work relationships with other internal workgroups; i.e. HR, Operations, Clients Relations & Revenue Cycle Management. Oversee the proper management of the supervisor’s caseload size Responsible for building clinical supervisors into effective leaders You will provide 10 treatment hours per week with a small caseload of clients Reports directly to the owners Show up every day ready and willing to lead the team! What You’ll Bring Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with developmental and pervasive disorders 3 years experience in a supervisory role Powered by JazzHR
