FLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: 5 days a week including rotating SaturdaysReports to: Property Manager Job Description Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Manager for a conventional property located in Chesterfield, VA. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company. Qualifications At least 3 years' experience in the apartment management industry. Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure. Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities Ensure the highest quality customer service to residents and prospects. Respond to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments. Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements. Process rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits. Managing move-ins and move-outs. Process maintenance requests and work orders. Manage and participate in leasing and renewal activities. Monitor use of community facilities, mail, and fitness center. Lead the leasing team and set regular goals to achieve. Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned to you.
