Offering their customers access to the best-in-class products in their niche, they are in full growth mode right now, looking to double the size of the company over the next few years! My client loves to hire and retain top talent so that they can focus on sharing and transitioning their internal talent! With that being said, they are now looking for a Financial Controller to join their team!DescriptionFinancial Controller Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and actionable financial plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making, driving business performance and profitability. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning. Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities. Manage the financial systems and processes, including Oracle, Hyperion, or Essbase, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting Manufacturing industry experience or related Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Regional travel availability as needed to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
