Join a team of 6 full-time physicians and 4 full-time nurse practitioners Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+) RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $50,000 annually Commencement bonus of $40,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Comprehensive benefits including a 401k match Paid malpractice Outpatient Rural Health Clinic Four 10-hour days per week Average 14-16 patients per day Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day 1:16 call; phone call only Fulltime, permanent Epic EMR Welcoming town surrounded by the stunning Blue Mountains and the scenic Grande Ronde Valley.
