Practice Area: IP - Litigation General,Data Privacy - Transactional, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 7 Years, A law firm is seeking a Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel with seven years of experience to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience and a background in civil litigation, preferably IP litigation, along with experience in internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and pleadings.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and arbitrations related to cybercrime and IP enforcement cases.Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on cybercrime and IP enforcement strategies.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on cybercrime and IP enforcement initiatives, including government agencies and law enforcement.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Washington State Bar is in good standing.Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures about cybercrime and IP enforcement.Experience in civil litigation, particularly in IP litigation, is highly preferred.Proven track record of handling internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills:Legal research and analysisDrafting legal documentsLitigation strategy and advocacyClient counselingCollaboration and teamworkKnowledge of cybercrime and IP enforcement laws and regulationsInvestigation and fact-findingCommunication and negotiation This Amlaw firm stands out among its peers as having a commitment to innovation, work-life balance, and friendly firm culture.
