Associate Director of Enrollment Management The Associate Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for the programs of recruitmentand admission into the Academy. The Associate Director is accountable to the Director ofInstitutional Advancement. In this role the Associate Director maintains a close relationship with thePrincipal. Role and Responsibilities ● RecruitmentEnsures that all of the activities, programs, and materials used by the office reflect theUrsuline mission and Core ValuesIn collaboration with the Advancement Team, creates all print and non-print materialassociated with recruitmentEnsures collaboration with the Principal in the organization needed for visits by adults andprospective students and others to the Ursuline campusPlans special events for prospective students and their parents as time and budgetpermitResponds to the directions forwarded by the President and Principal regarding the size andprofile desired for various admission groupsOrganizes the annual Open House seeking support and assistance from the office staff,administrators, faculty, current students and others as appropriateResponds to all phone calls and letters concerning pre-admission activities● AdmissionsEstablishes an admissions calendar for the year in collaboration with the Principal and otherappropriate officesFacilitates all testing and interview schedules for applicantsChairs the Admissions CommitteeEnsures a response to all phone calls and letters concerning the admissions process Withthe assistance of the Guidance Administrative Assistant and the Technology Specialist,maintains applicant databasesPrepares information on each candidate for use by the Admissions CommitteePrepares and sends letters to all applicants (admission, waiting list, etc.) Preparesall reports concerning admissions status for President and PrincipalPrepares materials scholarship applicant information for the Scholarship Committee● CommunicationEnsures the mailing of pertinent information to prospective students and parents Preparesreports for the President's Administrative group and by extension the Board of TrusteesEstablishes relationships with area-wide principal and school directors● OtherOversees the budget for the Admissions OfficeParticipates in the annual appraisal of the admissions processPerforms other reasonable duties as directed by the President Come make a difference at Ursuline Academy!
