We are searching for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist! The right candidate enjoys helping people and strives to provide excellent care to clients. If you enjoy helping clients, easily build rapport, provide excellent therapy, and are looking to work with knowledgeable colleagues who are collaborative and fun, then we want to talk to you! As a therapist at OTC- you are part of a dynamic, fun team that is excited about learning and providing great care to our clients. You are able to focus on working with your clients with minimal administrative tasks. We are communicative and responsive. OTC is a large practice that will always strive to feel connected to our community and our colleagues- we have a small-town feel while doing big and great things. Available positions in our main Mechanicsville and King William locations, there may be an option to have one day a week in our West End location at the providers request. Our King William location is a federal college loan forgiveness site through NHSC. Responsibilities:• Connect with clients, develop a plan for treatment, determine the correct diagnosis, and provide treatment- it's really that straightforward• OTC allows you to be a part of a fun, dynamic work group while working with the type of client that excites you• Create your own schedule, collaborate with colleagues, work with your chosen population, and provide a great therapy experience• Documentation- being timely with documentation is essential Qualifications:• Ideal candidates must be licensed mental health therapists, LPC, LCSW, or LCP. We do have a few openings for pre-licensed Residents and Supervisors.• We are inclusive and open-minded - if you want to be part of a group that promotes you and encourages you to be the best therapist that you can be while also providing you with resources that make it easy to do your job --we are for you.• We offer sponsorship for certifications and training after one year of employment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with ages 10+, working with younger children is always appreciated, enjoy working with families and couples is also a plus! Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 About Company: We are a multi-specialty practice with prescribers, therapists, and psychologists.
