Description:

Maintenance Worker - Landscape Division The City of College Park Public Works Department is looking for a full-time Maintenance Worker for the Landscape Maintenance Division. Some duties include landscape and grounds maintenance work, plus a variety of manual labor tasks such as snow, leaf, and litter removal. Work occurs outdoors in all weather conditions. The selected person must have a valid driver's license and Be able to stoop, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods. Have some experience in landscaping, weeding, and mulching. Lift items to 75 pounds without assistance and push/pull objects up to 150 pounds. The starting hourly range is from $17.67 to $18.06, depending on experience. This is a full-time position (40 hours) with benefits, including Maryland State Retirement.
